2 Vote online or by phone. 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 14 to 8 p.m. Monday, October 26. You need your PIN and your date of birth. Voter Help Centre: 2 West Carling Bay Road, Nobel.

3 Choose Dave Welling for Mayor. One name for Mayor, up to four for Council. Then submit.
